I have been to see ALMOST QUEEN every time they have been in NYC and will go again when they are appearing in June.
They have a fantastic stage presence and always give a good show. Believe it or not I take my kids, and they are huge fans also ! (aged 7 and 14)
We always have a great time, and they always engage the audience to sing along!
They sound just like the original group... see you in a few weeks guys..
Nice small venue. I spoke with the band members before the show and they were very personable. When they went on stage, and started the show you could tell they knew how to play KISS well. The vocals, guitar work, and drums were right on the mark. There were some technical issues with the venues monitors/ microphones, but it still sounded very good. One of the best KISS tribute bands out there!
You guys were really fun to talk to and did an awesome job all the way around. I am a true fan!!! Just wish this lame town could have brought more people out to support you. See you in Penn Yan.
My ears are still ringing and it was well worth it. Stayed for all 3 sets and I'd love to see them again.
Forewarned is forearmed, though. Santa Fe Springs is a buck to get in and if you love the dark imports like I do, Newcastle Brown Ale is $9.75/glass so bring enough cash.
